Lake Hartwell Dream home - Paint and Stain

The dream house picked up some color last week. The interior painting has begun and the floors have gotten their first coat of stain. The owners picked a warm medium darkness stain for their solid oak floors. I included a picture of the stain on the steps, but the floors on the main level were still wet when I was there. I included a shot of the lake below to remind everyone what the owners have to look forward to. What a view!
