Lake Hartwell Dream Home - Clearing
The homeowners have met with Phillips Brothers to finalize the site plan and mark the exact location of the home. The septic system will between the house and the street to allow the house to be close to the lake. They have also marked trees that they would like to try to save. The bulldozer arrived yesterday and clearing has begun!

I can't wait to see what the owner has planned for this lot.
How exciting to watch a lot turn into a lake home; I look forward to watching it progress. Also hope to learn something about buiding a lake home!

Great shots. You should add some pics of the fun that was had Monday on the Lake. I think we have some northern converts.
We set with friends on our dock Sunday evening, watching the stars and listening to the beautiful sounds of the lake at night. It can't be described, it must be experienced.
I too, am excited to see the progress of another great lake home.
